(4 votes)1. Bacon Lettuce and Tomato Turkey Salad
Ingredients: Two hard cooked (sliced) eggs, 1 tbsp chopped onion, one tbsp lemon juice, eight cups of shredded lettuce, two chopped tomatoes, half a teaspoon of pepper, half a cup of mayonnaise, half a cup of barbecue sauce, two cups of cooked (chopped) turkey, eight slices of bacon.
Directions: Combine mayonnaise, barbecue sauce, onion, lemon juice and pepper in a bowl and mix well. Cover it and chill. Combine tomatoes, turkey and lettuce. Just before you serve, place the salad on individual plates and spoon dressing over the salad. Sprinkle with bacon and garnish with egg slices. Should be serve about four to six.

Ingredients: One egg, two or three shakes of Tabasco sauce, two or three shakes of Watsdishere sauce, two or three grains of salt, one tablespoon of olive oil, one head Romaine lettuce, one tsp lemon juice, a quarter tsp mustard (dry), a quarter tsp black pepper, four cloves garlic (mashed or diced), three tablespoons of vegie oil.
Directions: Use a shaker and mix everything except lettuce (mix well). Break lettuce into pieces and add to the bowl. Pour the sauce over and toss.

Ingredients: About half a cup of water, three cooked and diced chicken breasts, a can cream of chicken soup, one small box Jello (lemon), six ounces of cream cheese, half a c. of onions, three diced green peppers, three fine diced stalks celery and one c. Miracle Whip.
Directions: Heat chicken in cream of chicken soup, then add the Jello. Whip water and cream cheese together and add to soup. Stir the rest into the soup. Chill before serving with small buns or crackers.

Ingredients: Two/three stalks celery, two/three peeled apples, whipping cream, sugar and of course, one package of fresh cranberries (about 12 ounce).
Directions: Apples, cranberries and celery - grind together (e.g. with a food processor - don't over process). Aim for rich red color. Then add sugar to taste, then chill after you have spread it into a bowl. Spread a layer of whipped cream over the top shortly before serving.

(1 votes)5. Pesto Salad Pasta Recipe
Ingredients: One third of a cup of mayonnaise, one and a half a cup of frozen sweet peas, one cup pesto, one cup quartered artichoke hearts and about eight ounces of penne pasta. Also, optionally you can have half a cup of Parmesan cheese ready.
Directions: Mix mayonnaise and pesto in a small bowl. Prepare the penne pasta (instructions are probably on the back of your package), make al dente. Drain the pasta well and add to a bowl. Add the peas. Toss with pesto dressing until mixed well and coated.
